This double-layered skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious chiffon with loads of fluff in light pink, mint, yellow, and light blue on the bottom tiers. Each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband allowing you to make the skirt smaller. My Pastel Rainbow skirt is currently available in the following sizes: Toddler (0-5): Length 9" and Waist 18-24". While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24". Small (3-5): Length 13" and Waist 18-24". While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24". Medium (5-7): Length 13" and Waist 20-28". While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 18" and fully stretched measures 28".
