Fluffy Chiffon Rosette Hair Clip or Band

Make that Pettiskirt outfit complete with a Chic Baby Rose Fluff clip or band! Each chiffon rosette measures approximately 3" and comes with your choice of an alligator clip or an elastic cord band. It's finished off with a large lead free crystal. You can't get fancier than that!

The clip: Wear the clip alone, or clip it onto a head band or hat. Each chiffon Fluff Clip is attached to an alligator clip, with a wool felt backing for good grip.

The elastic cord: The cord will hide in her hair and make the poof lay nice and flat. Cords are available in black for dark hair or cream for light hair. Elastic cord bands are also great for newborns as you can simply tie a knot at the neck to make it smaller.
